I haven’t withdrawn in a while. I used to do it via the QR code method but now I only see options on SN for lightning address and invoice. I tried copy and pasting the receive address provided by Phoenix but SN said address is no good. Any help?

just create an bolt11 invoice. As far as I know, phoenix reusable address is based on bolt12 that SN does not support yet.

I think what you are looking for is an onchain address? Click Receive and scroll left, there should be one there.
Just remember that it will be spliced into the channel so have a look at onchain fees before you do it.
Works for me when I add the amount to withdraw to the invoice in Phoenix. Click the edit button on the receive screen to add an amount to the invoice if you haven't tried that yet.
Try withdrawing to an LN address. Like Wallet of satoshi, and then send it to your Phoenix invoice.
