TimeSeed v3 is here — now post-quantum secure

We just shipped v3 with hybrid ML-KEM-768 (the official NIST post-quantum standard) layered on top of the battle-tested Argon2id + AES-256-GCM stack.

Keys are still fully deterministic: same TimeSeed + pepper + date → same strong key every time, no storage required. Everything runs client-side in your browser, online or offline, zero servers.

v3 adds future-proof protection against harvest-now-decrypt-later attacks while silently falling back to pure Argon2id for all existing v2/v1 ciphertexts — full backward compatibility.

LockIt (the lightweight phone companion) is also updated for v3 keys.
