Well it was fixed right the day you talked about it, but I was stalling on the "quote reply where the cursor is placed" implementation that you requested but we pushed the final fix just a week ago. At that time we didn't fully fix the infamous set of Android bugs and so every quote reply fix I could come up with was clashing with Android fixes.
