I try to be punctual with my sleep schedule; most of the time I fall asleep around midnight and wake up to start my day between 6:30 and 7:30. Occasionally I stay up a little later, but most of the time it's for silly reasons, like watching a movie, or sometimes reading, and occasionally writing down some of the things that cross my mind. When I do this, I usually wake up around 8 or 8:30. When that happens, I feel like it throws my morning routine off.
