There are way more bad coaches than good ones and all coaches want to fiddle with the roster, which usually makes it worse in the short term.

There are way more bad coaches than good ones and all coaches want to fiddle with the roster, which usually makes it worse in the short term.
In all likelihood, the Bills will have worse coaching next year and an even worse roster.
