I need to psyop some of these young bloods into writing more. On the information front they default to consuming and never learn they're living in a kind of cave. In some cases they go on to produce audio/video content, but it still leaves them thinking in less detail and being more of a human echo than they might be otherwise. It's hard to echo in writing without realizing it ime.
Writing is unpleasant because most of the time it is an exercise in being confronted with how dumb your own thoughts are. You sit down to express something and what you end up with on the page is so awful it actually hurts to reread it.
