Uhhh well the issue with what your saying is that well the Legislative Branch is funded till September soooo I dont get OPM notices for the affected Departments. Even my policy area, the Department of Energy, is already funded as well so yeah I dont have access to it.

You have just as much access as I do! If it was different I wouldnt bring it up would I. I would just reap the benefits.
