We all spend time on our phones anyway, so why not get paid in Bitcoin for it? I’ve been testing a few Lightning-native apps over the last month, and I’ve managed to pull in about 2,000-3,000 sats a week without much effort.
It’s not "get rich quick," but it’s honest work and adds up fast if you’re consistent. Here’s my current rotation:
The "Read-to-Earn" move: I’ve been using the Bitcoin Magazine app. They give you 5 sats for every article you read. I usually knock out 5-10 articles during my morning coffee. It’s a great way to stay informed and get paid for the minutes you’d usually waste on Twitter.
Stacking while walking: If you aren't using sMiles or Cashback apps, you're literally leaving sats on the sidewalk. I sync sMiles with my step tracker. It’s not a huge amount, but hey, free sats for walking the dog? I’ll take it.
Gamified Sats: I’m selective here because most "BTC games" are trash. But THNDR Games (like Turbo 84 or Tetro Tiles) are actually decent. I play for 10 minutes before bed and usually win a couple of hundred sats from the daily draws.
The SN Alpha: Let’s be real, the best yield is right here on Stacker News. But the trick isn’t just posting links. I’ve found that providing high-value comments on "Ask SN" threads gets way more Zaps than low-effort link-dropping. Engagement is the real mining here.
Pro Tip: I highly recommend using a wallet like Phoenix or Zeus to sweep these rewards. Keeping your sats in the Lightning Network makes the fees practically non-existent when you move them around.
What are you guys using lately? Any hidden gems or apps that actually pay out without a million ads?

These methods are true, their income is low, but they don't require special expertise and almost everyone can do them... They are not a real job, but we can play games with our phones in the subway when we are going home from work, for example, this way we can have fun and earn some satoshi... Can you do me a favor and what is the best way for an ordinary person who does not have expertise and professional knowledge to earn bitcoins?

TBH, I've been entirely busy on eBay selling goodwill books for 300% and silver. It's been a crazy month in January.
