We have often disagreed on things but I applaud you take the effort to attach sending and receiving wallets.
When a public servant can and will do this there is still, perhaps, hope for our democracies.
The fact is CCs were introduced by SNs because of the risk/threat of government prosecuting for Stacker News custodying sat and therefore being alleged to be a money transmitter.
To avoid that regulatory threat CCs were introduced as was the option of attaching wallets.
The aim was always to build a V4v P2P sats denominated circular economy and platform everyone can use. CCs were always primarily for those who could not attach a wallet. But following @DarthCoin s example more and more who are capable are not bothering.
If you want to support the LN and BTC development in general then attaching a wallet means that every time you transact here you are supporting LN and wallet development.
If you dont care about LN and wallet development ok dont bother attaching wallets.
It is pretty easy now to attach a wallet like coinos and my beef is with people who claim to be hardcore bitcoiners but who cannot be bothered attaching wallets and who therefore are not supporting the LN and V4V P2P sats denominated circular economy that the SNs devs have enabled. They are hypocrits.
I love the ability to use BTC/LN/sats V4V platform everyday P2P here on SNs.

You're advertising a bank. And not a good bank, but one that continuously gets hacked because the operator has no idea how to run a secure financial service. If you're such a hardcore bitcoiner yourself, why are you using a bank?

Coinos has extremely low fees but yes occasionally there are glitches.
if you have the technical ability to use another wallet then all good but if you dont then coinos is working very well for me and many others.
The LN is still a work in progress- if you wait for it to be perfect it may never be...it needs our support and patronage now to grow stronger.
As @Darthcoin says CCs are 100% reliable.
But they are shitcoins and they are not sats.
This all highlights how much work still needs to be done in developing reliable and strong wallets and user friendly ones that everyone or almost everyone can use.
By using what we have it grows stronger- by refusing to use what we already have you are not supporting the development of stronger wallets nodes and systems.

My stance is clear I like SN and I like zapping. That’s it and that’s all. If CC really bothered me I would have left a long time ago clearly I don’t care. People can do as they wish. I will still be here posting and enjoying my time on SN.
