I don't think it is a trap. I think his market parameters are poor. He probably posted it after the price dump and means it will get back to 75k again but he hasn't properly set the resolution criteria.

Yes - I concur on market parameters being poor
However this market was created after bitcoin had dropped much lower to 60s. So we can infer that - here the creator meant 75K from the time of creation.
Such things will happen in user created markets, so one must use their own wit, why will someone create a 75k market - if it was already 75k in Feb.
