We just launched Koinvote.

It’s a forum where creating an event or replying to others requires a Bitcoin message signature.
No registration. No tokens.

Replying to events:

• The signing address must have a non-zero balance
• Within the same event, only the latest submitted signature from an address is valid
• Each address can submit up to three signatures per event per day

Creating events:

• Events can be reward-based or non-reward-based
• Non-reward events can be created with a Bitcoin message signature, as long as the signing address has a non-zero balance
• Non-reward events are free if their duration is within 24 hours
• Reward-based events distribute rewards to reply addresses after the event ends
• Reward distribution depends only on the balance of the reply addresses, not on reply content

There are already some events live on the platform, and you’re welcome to create your own.
