in my opinion, a thorough parasite cleanse takes at least 90 days, which is just over 3 lunar cycles; parasites prefer to hatch during full moons;

i reason that during the first 30 days one eliminates the fat juicy adult worms; during the next 30 days one is battling the rescue-hatch batch hastily laid by the original adults, and the last 30 days are for killing off anything that manages to live on but does not have the wisdom of grandparent worms (presumably wiped out in the first 30 days) of navigating & managing & and hiding within the living flesh/bone/blood;

Paul Chek, for example, recommends at least 60 days of cleansing; i doubt he is parasite-free; #1 evidence of his being persistently infested (see: Standard Parasitic Criteria) is that he still has the urge to speak; his main objective in teaching people to cleanse is to maintain a business empire; in a way, the battle against parasites can be a profitable business model, a gift that keeps giving; it's an extremely difficult problem to eradicate!

my mission is to wipe them all out, which wud, in theory, remove the urge to speak out loud, and allow the use of tongue sparingly as a tool of strategic communication wen other modalities are insufficient; one has to be flexible, as in the battle against cancer!

listen closely to how this "terminal stage cancer patient" and the interviewer describe the problem, anthropomorphizing it:

so far i can only imagine monks in temples far away in the forest/mountains to be disciplined enuff to remain in total silence; the greatest risk to them are the heavily infested tourists - that is why i think that most "vows of silence" are for show only, and the parasite-in-monks evolves a different strategy for spore/egg transmission - such as thru library books (fomites) and domesticated animals such as cats & tigers;

caption: which type of monk wud u rather be?

true resilience from parasitic influence has to be maintained thru continuous endurance training, such as thru strengthening the native electromagnetic aura; the parasite shud die shortly after entering the body, unable to penetrate the defensive barriers;
