First leg of play offs ended last night. Newcastle beat Qarabag 1-6 with Anthony Gordon scoring 4 goals in just 45 minutes. They are almost in the Last 16 Round already.

Big surprise in Norway where Bodo/Glimt beat Inter 3-1 , leaving a difficult task for Italians in the second leg. Norwegians have beaten Inter, Atletico and Man City in their last 3 matches and got a draw against Dortmund. Great job, considering they finished their local league at the end of November.

Atletico and Brugge played a very entertaining match in Belgium. Atletico went to the restrooms beating Brugge 0-2. The Belgians increased their pace in the second half taking the match to a 3-3 draw. If the match had lasted a bit longer, I think they could've won it.

Finally, Bayer Leverkusen got a great result in Greece and leaves the path clear towards the last 16 rounds.
