Users should be able to subscribe to territories and territory owners should be able to display or hide their subscription numbers.
A free subscription tier just gives the user notifications of new posts in that territory. But then a territory owner could create paid premium tiers for subscribers that offer perks such as "free, unlimited posting in the territory" or "higher file size uploads" (if that's something SN could implement). I'm sure others here can think of more cool premium perks that can be given to paid subscribers.
This could help with territory owner revenue, which to my knowledge is still a problem on this platform.

I see that you can subscribe now. It should be made more clear. Why is "MUTE" front and center while "Subscribe" is behind a 3 dot setting menu? I think that should be reversed. Or at least make both options front and center. @koob
LOL I am still trying to mute more territories...
I don't mind the idea of territories putting a price on subbing but I don't think we should stray too far away from value for value.
