Unexpected. Atalanta left Dortmund in a weak position after losing first leg 2-0. However, they managed to level the matchup before half time. In the second half, Atalanta took the lead but shortly after Adeyemi scored and the match was going towards overtime. In the last minute of the match, a penalty gave the lead to the Italians who will await rival in Friday's draw.
Real Madrid beat Benfica 2-1 (on aggregate 3-1) in a tough match which it was very tight right up to the final minutes, when Vinicius scored the winner.
PSG suffered to qualify for the next round. Monaco took the lead to begin with, however after Coulibaly was sent off, PSG scored twice in 6 minutes. A very late equalizer for Monaco did not move things and PSG will also be in the draw.
Finally, Juventus was on the verge of completing another Italian comeback. After losing 5-2 in Türkiye last week, they managed to win 3-0 in the 90 minutes of play, even though they played with just 10 players almost the entire second half. In the overtime, Osimhen scored a great goal and, despite Juventus had a couple of missed opportunities, they went through to the next round.
