Yeah, those are very cool projects, but realistically less than 0.00001% of people use them (if that).
The problem with decentralised exchanges is that you are using fiat, which is very centralised, and this opens up a possibility for people to charge you back, or worse, stolen fiat accounts send you money.
Then the person who owns the bank account goes to the police and you will get charged back.

Back in the days, There once was centralized exchanges like Mt. Gox, FTX, etc... They all failed because of centralization.
Now we have decentralized exchanges like Robosats, Mostro and Bisq. No single point of failure, No shitcoinery.
