I used to have terrible ankle and hip mobility.

I couldn’t sit comfortably in a deep squat.

If I tried to get all the way down, my heels would come up and it felt awkward as hell.

What really opened my eyes was reading about the deep squat as a natural resting position, and then seeing how many people in Southeast Asian countries can just chill there comfortably.

That made me realize my mobility wasn’t normal. It was limited.

So I started working on it.

I used goblet squats.

I did crouching knee leans where I’d load one leg and let my knee travel over my toes to improve ankle mobility.

And I started spending time just resting in a deep squat instead of always standing, even when it felt uncomfortable at first.

I stayed consistent.

Now people look at my squat mobility like I’ve always had it, but I built that after working full time as a busy professional.

So if you’re a Bitcoiner or a busy professional and you want to look good and move better in less time, follow for more value.
