He certainly should be.
I remember thinking that 2000s were tricky, because there aren't many guys who were really good throughout. Shaq dominated the first few years, for instance, and then all the guys who came in with Lebron started peaking at the end.

He'll only have half of the decade, but I'm guessing he'll be the dominant force of the second half.
