Soft or not, you are implicitly acknowledging that there are better ways, but they require love, understanding and patience, and you want convenient, expedient, fast and easy short-term "solutions". Your children and future generations will have to deal with the fallout, unfortunately. It affects everybody.
All of that must be considered when raising children. Everything doesn’t work for everybody.
But this idea that gentle parenting is a silver bullet for all things wrong with the human condition is a fallacy.
Every single one of your objections are addressed in the book, one by one. Maybe you should read it. Even the "human condition" objection is addressed.
It seems you are getting the idea that I am suggesting parents should not set limits or let children be reckless.
I don't want to have a culture where child abuse or neglect (be it psychological or physical) is normalized, especially among bitcoiners.
I may take you up on reading the book some day. I would need a hard copy.

As I said before society is so soft now any type of physical discipline is thought of as some sort of crime against humanity and it’s not.
