I thought bitcoin was worthless because Warren Buffet made the point that if he owned 100% of it, it would then have no value.

I didn't really think about the fact that that the same thing could be said about any fiat currency.

My dumb take was Bitcoin uses energy after hearing it from Musk. Then I realized other things uses energy especially with Bankers, financial transactions, and the big one AI. It was just propaganda to demonized Bitcoin.

  4. Bitcoin wastes energy — It uses energy because it's not printed out of thin air
