They pray in Jesus' name. Quote the verses. Build the buildings. Collect the tithes.
But they skip John 14:12.
"Whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and will do even greater things."
Not whoever goes to seminary. Not whoever gets ordained. Not whoever says the right prayer at the right time.
Whoever believes.
So let me ask you straight:
Have you done what Jesus did? Healed the sick? Raised the dead? Set captives free?
No?
Have you seen anyone do greater?
No?
Then you're not following Jesus. You're following a system that talks about Him.
A system that reads the verse and stops there. That prays in His name but doesn't walk in His power.
I'm not saying this to condemn you. I'm saying it to wake you up.
Jesus didn't promise a religion. He promised a life.
Stop following the system. Start believing the promise.
Heal the sick. Raise the dead. Set the captives free.
Or at least stop pretending the verse isn't there.
Leave a zap if you're done following a system and ready to believe the promise. 🔥
My understanding is that full belief must be expressed in our actions, embodied. AFAIK less than 10-0 people are true believers of Jesus and neither of us is one of them.
