If it wasn’t all a psyop, I suspect that if the U.S. wanted Alberta, all it would take would be passports and a one-time, 1-to-1 CAD to USD conversion to flip 20% supporting separation to 80%.

I love Canada. I’m a proud Canadian. But no referendum, constitution challenge, or voting changes the fact that we are free to extent the U.S. allows it. If the U.S. and Alberta ever decided to sign a unilateral energy agreement: our Country would be sunk by the next day.

At the very least Canada should make it so any MP changing parties creates an auto bi election. It’s a joke that 5+ conservative MPs were bribed to switch to lib lol. Banana republic shit

reply

Yeah, I can’t stand this. 99.9% of people vote based on party not candidate.

Saying Carney is doing a wonderful job and is precisely the competent, professional, steady hand we need in these perilous times when our sovereignty is under threat from the Orange man.

Canada already has a punitive exit tax where they tax unrealized gains on all investments when you move.

Good thing Supreme Leader Carney moved Brookfield out of Canada prior to taking office.
