We should probably understand it like "What would be the draft order of guys, if you get them for their entire career?"
Lebron goes first over Jordan, because you get so many more high level seasons and he's more positionally versatile. The second point isn't a huge deal, but you can build more kinds of teams around Lebron because he can play 1-5.
Jordan is the best at his position by the widest margin though, which is going to push someone like Kareem down the draft board.

Maybe so. I'd say he's still not at the peak-big level that Hakeem, Shaq, and Kareem reached.

Lebron has my begrudging respect. He's already had it for a number of years, but he has more of it now I guess.
