pull down to refresh

I've been regularly grounding / earthing / touching grass for a little over a year now and felt the urge to share on SN things I have experienced within that year as well as continue documenting my grounded journey as life progresses. There is a science to grounding and some research done on the topic, but this year has taught me a lot of the benefits of grounding are personal and more intuitive in nature and my hope is that through my writing I can spark curiosity, communication, and even collaboration in regards to being grounded.

If there are any questions on this topic or ideas for future posts that potentially my still limited experience can help shed light on, please feel free to ask away and I will do my best to answer them in following posts.

Live grounded and let life flow.

Do grounding / earthing / touching grass all mean the same to you, or do you distinguish slightly between them?
