I have not received a LN payout from Ocean since 4/23. Ocean has hit 18 blocks during that time. I repeatedly get these messages:
Latest lightning error: No route found
Raw error: cln err code:210- messageRan out of routes to try after 11 attempts: seepaystatus``
Recommendation: No payment route available. Wait or contact lightning@ocean.xyz after one week

I run my own node. Over the past year, I have built up plenty of liquidity. I'm not going to say I never get a failed payment, but I can say that I have never gotten a failed payment when transacting with major businesses.
During last year's AMA, I asked @bitcoinmechanic about opening a channel to the Ocean node. This was his response:
This isn't really a scalable approach. We ask that OCEAN miners who want to get paid out over Lightning figure out how to get decent liquidity and reliable payments from the network in general rather than directly connecting to us.
That did and does make sense to me, but I have built up liquidity, and I do get reliable payments from the network EXCEPT from Ocean. I guess coinos is a solution, but I would prefer to run my own node.
My bet is that Ocean is using lowest fees as possible and the paths to your node want more than that. Maybe their LN node (I think it's CLN) need a little more love.
Even coinos has some issues.

Even coinos has occasionally failed to receive Ocean payments.
This as a real problem for people running their own node - to gain sufficient liquidity to actually be able to reliably use LN...so then you cannot reliably use LN and the whole thing becomes more trouble than utility.
Coinos is apparently working on a wallet where you have self custody so maybe that or connecting your node with a bigger operator like coinos could work?
The one time this payment problem occurred for me with Ocean-coinos the missed payments were eventually received when the connection started working again...so you should get your sats eventually.
This isn't the first time for me either, just the most dramatic. I have always gotten paid eventually.
