Is this like REML or something? https://www.theamnestycoalition.org

reply

seems so

reply

please explain, it's nagging me

reply

Is kind of a trick. I do not totally agree with this, but it can be used as additional way to shut the mouth of clueless policemen if they harass you.
You declare yourself a member of this virtual "micronation" https://www.republicamendalerenda.net/ so they cannot put you immediately under their jurisdiction.

I prefer to not be under any jurisdiction, just be myself.

Thank you

AFAIU Brandon is trying to restore the Republic, abolish the scam of US INC, 14th amendment...
In law and legal matters there's protocols for just about anything, and not identifying yourself is not a good place to be.
Being the authority anyone can make their own nation, documents, identifications... just must be legally/lawfully sound, must know what they are doing.
A friend of mine has an ID that says LIVING MAN, but he also uses gov docs when he sees fit, kinda like with multiple passports, it depends on every single interaction/contract.
It's just that people in groups are stronger than individual men, by combining their efforts. That's why I think it's important what Brandon is doing, because the original Bill of Rights, DOI and Constitution made the God given freedom onto paper into Rights for members of the nation to enjoy.

kinda like with multiple passports

Does he have many passports from governments or nations that he created?

reply

No, would be fraud

it depends on every single interaction/contract.

totally agree with that. Is not all black and white, you have to take advantage of each situation and use whatever is suitable for that "incident".

Important is that you are always in defense, not on offensive (like those sovereign citizens are doing). You use your own tools, only when is needed.

Brandon is trying to restore the Republic,

few people understand what he's trying to do. It sounds complicated for many, but is not wrong.

Exactly. If you think something is unjust, unfair.. there's always remedy

Make sense. They look coming from a different position and are probably using these terms only to engage with normies.

Not an expert but what other document you know could be used for intercontinental travels?

make your own as a sole state of yourself. The only thing is that if you want to travel using a commercial way, you will have to respect their contract, that is forcing you to use a gov pass-port. Butt you can avoid that in other ways.

Useful, thanks. Republished the OPPT guide here #1484774 to echo it to the farest corners of the internet!

You already know that everything in this fucked up world is ruled by the maritime and contract law.
But we still have international conventions, rights etc... and one of the rights is "freedom to travel". Is not saying how (by plane, by car or walking...) but you have to find your own way.
Again, if you choose a commercial service, then you are forced to accept their terms, there's no other way. But if you do not use any commercial way, then... you are free to go.

If somebody is asking you "show me your papers" in a nazi way, just show your own "papers", but for that you need a previous minutious preparation.

You see, the guys from World Passport, they had good intentions, but they missed something: you cannot be a citizen of the world... you can be instead the citizen of yourself, your body is your own country. Wherever you go you are an ambassador of your own country.

Now comes the part of education of yourself and how you defend that position, no matter what...

I discovered something that provides the evidence no human ever truly Consented to giving over the gold are giving over their freedom. Not even voters have consented to any of this they haven't consented to going to wars and there wasn't ever any real consent for all this stuff along with when your being forced to go by their rules and laws because you fear for your life. That's considered a hostage.

reply

Being by fear, extortion, fraud or else, legally, we did

Not an expert either.

Via post it's possible to travel all over the world

No, but it's not that complicated. Make of that what you wish. Sorry

reply

A4 with post stamp and some words

would you be enclosed in a box for 2-3 days?

Yes is a scam. I was in contact with them years ago and I was about to pay them for that "passport". Then I had a 2nd investigation and thought about and I cancel everything with them. But yeah I was in quite advanced `phase to get one of those passports.

Does not seem to complex, fill up the form, pay and get the passport via currier or post. Or there was back then an approval process?

reply

yeah you do not have to have a land as "territory" for your own country.
The international convention on rights and duties of states:
https://www.oas.org/juridico/english/treaties/a-40.html

Article 1: The state as a person of international law should posses the following qualifications:
  • permanent population
  • determined territory
  • Government
  • Ability to enter into relations with other States

yes, the territory is my own body, the external limits of my body are the boundaries of my territory. Any violation of these boundaries is a violation of my state / nation / country.

https://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Nation

NATIONS. Nations or states are independent bodies politic; societies of men united together for the purpose of promoting their mutual safety and advantage by the joint efforts of their combined strength.
     2. But every combination of men who govern themselves, independently of all others, will not be considered a nation; a body of pirates, for example, who govern themselves, are not a nation. To constitute a nation another ingredient is required. The body thus formed must respect other nations in general, and each of their members in particular. Such a society has her affairs and her interests; she deliberates and takes resolutions in common; thus becoming a moral person who possesses an understanding and will peculiar to herself, and is susceptible of obligations and rights. Vattel, Prelim. Sec. 1, 2; 5 Pet. S. C. R. 52.

Since "nation" is the same as "state" in this definition, it falls under the understanding of the International Convention on Rights and Duties of States. Is that right?

reply

The convention applies to it's contracting parties. See Article 14.

reply

Do you think the guy will sue the policemen for conspiracy and all that stuff ?

reply

I don't know, but it's enough that he is free and not have to pay anything.
