Well, based on the last flight, which did numbers 2, 3, 4, and 5, it isn't too big of a change from the last one. It is just with a new and improved ship. 

The U.S. has always been its most successful when it does rapid iteration testing, and that is what Elon has brought back and executed pretty well.

Some people focus on the explosions, but the pace of iteration is honestly insane. If Starship V3 nails even half these objectives, it changes the scale of what’s possible in space. The in-space relight + payload deployment are probably the biggest things I’m watching.
