Did you consider not using BTCPayServer? I have really bad experiences with it, and am again running into issues.
I'm sorry to hear that. I will activate open node. I hope that improves things in the future. In my limited experience BTCPay Server has worked pretty well.

I think maybe BTCPayServer doesn't play well with Brave's built-in adblocking, or it's something about my browser cache. What happened was that the payment interface wasn't being responsive to my clicks, as I switched from bitcoin to lightning, it wouldn't give me a lightning invoice to pay. I thought maybe Brave's ad blockers were the culprit, so I turned off the ad blocker, but it forced a refresh of the page and everything started erroring out after that.

I will look into it. When I spoke to them last I was going the shopify route, which I know was a non starter. Now we're using woo commerce, which I know they can handle.
I'm sorry our inventory is low. We didn't have the information to gauge demand. More books are on the way.

These editions look beautiful and reasonably priced. Not a bad selection either.
When I ordered the first batch from a wholesaler I didn't know what to expect. I was really astounded by how nice these editions are. They are brand new too. I should note that in the descriptions. I will eventually sell used books if people are interested, but they will be clearly marked.
Regarding the price, I'm not looking to turn a big profit, obviously. I marked them just a hair over my cost to defray expenses. Retail would probably by 50-75% higher.
I wasn't able to complete my transaction (BTCPayServer timing out), but I noticed you do free shipping. That's gonna eat away a lot at your margins

If you want to sell books and pay the royalties to the writer, how would you manage it?
I have thought of that. I would probably work it out individually with each author. It depends on whether they wanted to ship themselves. We're flexible.
