I mean, I could be wrong, but I don't think it could get any worse, honestly, the opposite. Setting up rules for this stuff usually makes things better. Same goes for euthanasia and abortion. Going underground is always worse.

Ehh but those things aren’t a capital good.
Both actions lead to destruction because the customer is looking to get rid of something.
But kidneys have tremendous value. It’s useful good. Even with rules what’s stopping a corporation raising money and offering kidneys at scale?

Evil humans will exploit this. I know a black market exists but just imagine how crazy this can get if we had a regulated organ exchange.
