Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com

There used to be a couple of them that paid Bitcoin but I don't think they are active anymore and there weren't many opportunities on them.

having had the great misfortune of working on all of them, I'd highly recommend against.
Low pay, lots of search friction, plenty of scam and scam-adjacent tasks. (One guy on Upwork "desperately" wants me to visit a Tesla retailer and do mystery shopping... for $300, minus fees. Believe it when I see it, etc.)

More trouble than it's worth.
