Angel Reese made it all the way to the pros and yet her skill set would get her cut on decent high school basketball team.
The one pass that bounces off her teammates face in the paint is bad basketball. She either needs to take that to the rim or kick it back out as a big.
Yet the media hype machine is still pushing this league as if it is legitimate.

The quality of the product is bad. I think the PWHL has a much better product. For some reason WNBA just isn’t very good.
The world is probably better if there are sporting events that are male coded and events that are female coded. Gymnastics seems like a good example of this: incredible athletes from both genders, but the events are somewhat different.
I suspect some of the trouble is that there aren't as many female team sports that get national attention. Am I just ignorant of them?
I can’t think of any. The one team sport I do enjoy watching is college softball.
It's really weird to try to force an entertainment product on people.
There's either organic interest in this or there isn't, but there's no particular reason society needs a professional no-men-allowed basketball league (the NBA is not specifically a male league).
