Looking for a solid non-custodial Lightning wallet for small daily payments. Main things I care about are speed, decent fee management, and obviously keeping my own keys.
What are you all using right now? Any hidden gems I should check out?

Welcome to SN! For daily microtransactions where you want full custody, Phoenix Wallet is probably the gold standard right now. Their automated channel management (splicing) makes it feel super smooth, and fee management is very predictable.
If you want something more advanced with total control over routing and channel peers, check out Zeus (running an embedded node). But for raw speed and daily spending, Phoenix is hard to beat.
