• payTolo — Lightning payment listener, runs locally on the Pi
• Any Lightning wallet

How it works:
→ QR code displayed next to a physical device
→ scan with any Lightning wallet
→ send 100 sats (~$0.06)
→ Pi receives payment instantly
→ GPIO triggers relay card
→ device activates
