I keep mine open mostly for incoming to buy from robosats or strike. Once it fills up a good bit I send to cold storage.

You can buy directly on-chain with robosats.

This is the reason why people have personal nodes instead of routing nodes.
Routing nodes: minimum 2m per channel and 20 channels = 40m on lightning. And then keep 95% in cold storage ... overall necessary nw 8 Bitcoin.
That's a lot.

Lol 0.5 is the standard and submarine swap into cold storage if it gets above my line

single digit milis, sometimes two low end mili digits. thats about it.

Very little. That's the great thing about lightning, you can participate in the bitcoin circular economy without making a big dent to your hodl stack. You can easily stack 100k sats a year from all the "free" sats offers. Then you can use those sat with lightning to make it rain.

Not sure on percentage, but I only keep at most $100 worth in WoS.

living in jurisdiction where crypto is banned but there is a big p2p community. so I cant do much with LN .... however I use LN for orange-pilling during my workshops

I have 20%, maybe that’s a lot and need to scale down

I would feel uneasy with 20% considering most lightning wallets and solutions are custodial (for practical reasons). But as the ecosystem matures, I guess we'll all have a bigger percentage in LN, specially if it's possible to acquire other type of products and services.
