The rival was weaker so not sure if it was an improvement or just because of the other team. We will see as we are getting closer to the stage where there is no margin to make mistakes.
Colombia won their match against Congo and leads the group, leaving a thrilling last match between Portugal and Colombia to finish at the top of the group.
In the other group, England only could get a draw against Ghana. I liked how they played. They could even win it. Croatia did their part and beat Panama. Leaving all three positions open for the last match.
Today kicks off the third round. Three groups will end the group stage. The first one will be Canada's group. A draw between Canada and Switzerland will help both to reach next round 1st and 2nd.
Then Brazil's group, where Morocco has a good chance to finish at the top depending on the Brazil vs Scotland's result.
Finally, Mexico's group has all of them with possibilities to qualify for the next round. Mexico is already in, then South Korea is currently second.
