When sorting by "Top Sats" should it be in Descending order of total Sats spent?
Or is there some other logic affecting the order (that I am unaware of)?

It also takes into account sats spent on comments (although not on a 1-1 basis). If you notice the "So You Wanna work in Bitcoin" post had 40 comments with something like ~2000 sats spent on comments.
The gmaxwell post only had 3 comments.
I suspect the discrepancy comes from the sats spent on comments.

I believe it's the net ranking of up - down zaps + sats spent on posting/boosting
