That's true, Apple literally scams suppliers. But it's not a new thing, this has been the case for decades - most importantly they don't have the market share to even cause a shift in prices, imo.

They're trying to blame their own poor negotiating skills when it's all about datacenters.

A company the size of Apple should have the foresight to not squeeze their suppliers too hard. It would have been in their own self-interest.

If it wasn't for increased prices there would be shortages. High prices through supply&demand are a good thing, they mean the market is efficient at allocating a scarce resource to the most economically urgent usecase.
