Big news for Cape Verde reaching next round as second in group H. They have drawn the three matches but a poor Uruguay performance allows them to play against Argentina. What a match for them!

Spain survived a tough match against Uruguay. The Southamericans played hard, causing many fouls with some of them very aggressive. Their goalkeeper did not save a Baena's shot and was enough to beat them. We could see again that Spain plays better with Dani Olmo, but our coach is not fully bought on this issue. I hope he changes for the following matches.

Norway lined up a very disappointing starters to play against France, who played with the top players. At the end France won the match 4-1 and will play against Sweden in the last 32 Round.

In the other match of the group, Senegal beat Iraq 5-0 and will likely be in the next round.

In the last group, Belgium beat New Zealand 5-1 and Egypt only could get a draw against Iran.

Tonight, it's the turn of Argentina against Jordan, which should a pleasant game for Messi and company. Austria just need a draw to play against Spain in last 32 round.

Also tonight, England, already qualified, will play against bottom Panama. Croatia need at least a draw against Ghana.

Finally, the top match will be Portugal vs Colombia, fighting for the top spot of the group. Congo needs to beat Uzbekistan to reach next round.
