The HODL Playbook is dead

We know it, you know it, even they probably know it.

And this takedown seemed so beautiful (did someone say "brilliant"? Nope, our wise oracle Mr. Samson said "bottom signal" -- short everything that guy has touched)

... until Den fucked himself with his paywall tricks: I _had_ it opened, then went out and accidentally refreshed the page when now that it was SN posting time. Alas, no dice!

So I'm just gonna shove the article here and hope the wisdom of the stacker crowd is in my favor.

BEST OF LUCK, INTERNET SLEUTHS!

What a time to be alive

Protecting cash flow by potentially moving small percentage of the Bitcoin to cover liabilities and dividend bills. Not capitulation. Bullish!!

Saylor always said he would HODL forever and never sell. Breaking the never sell playbook damages the legendary HODL reputation.

Once he sells 2%, he has officially broken the "never sell" rule. If saylor can change the rules to sell 2%, he can easily change them later to sell 10% or 50%.

He went from economic superhero to a guy checking the couch cushions for loose change to pay the investors. Haha strategy for us!
