As currently planned there is no replay protection for bip110 so it isn't clear cut what's going to happen. I think the general consensus is that the 110 chain will just stall out and then Luke will hard fork it and PoW algo change. At that point maybe an exchange lists the 110 coin but I have no idea.

BIP-110 does not cause a chain split so there isn't any special replay attack possible. https://bip110.org

The risk exists once a chain with mined 110 is built by nodes using these rules. Nothing on the site addresses this point. Claiming it will "not cause" a chain slipt is a false assertion.

Disagree. The reason why there isn't anything about a chain split in the BIP-110 is because the BIP-110 isn't splitting the chain.
