Lots of moving/steps today. Went for a 3km walk with wife this morning after dropping kids off at summer camp.
Went on a 12km run after watching Argentina's amazing comeback. Steady pace, not too fast, not too slow.
Ended the day with playing soccer with the little one. He's gotten into the beautiful game lately, after seeing me watch too many world cup games. Last Saturday, he asked if we had a soccer ball at home, and that he wanted to try to play. I dug up our old size 3 ball, inflated it, and had been kicking it around with him at the park every night after dinner ever since he asked. On a 4 night streak now, looking forward for more.
Got 60 push ups in then had a cold shower.
27542 steps.
That's awesome! My daughter only rarely wants to play soccer with me but she is signed up to play again in the fall.
I asked my son if he wanted to join a team or take lessons, and he gave me a straight up no. He just wants to kick the ball around with me. Big bro also joined in on the kicking around last night, so that was fun. But yea, in terms of team play, I guess we're sticking to ringette.
another day of 15k.
At this rate, I shall hit the "FPC Challenge" and unlock the secret reward by tomorrow!
I'm eager to hear what it is
could it be... a pot of juicy sats?!
Went out to eat wit the staff
Was delish but missed my Target thanks to the coffee and sweet rice cakes. But overall not a bad day!
Not bad for going out
Still sticking with the ~80% single ingredient diet with the remaining minimally processed! I’ve never felt better. Those toxic chemicals really made me bloated and drained my energy, and made me feel I needed to eat something every 1-2hours. I’ve never eaten so much protein, eggs, meats, whole Greek yogurt.
I've been on a minimally processed kick for awhile. It's amazing how much better you feel and how much better food is supposed to taste.
I know, I’m never going back! I’m a big runner and at a disgusting amount of Cliff Bars ( aka candy bars as sugar is the tre top ingredient), bread, bagels, pretzels, graham crackers…
GOTTA GET ACCOUNTABLR AFAIN!!
