imo, it depends on dollar price of Bitcoin
In early stackerNews days some posts collected millions of sats, e.g.: #59734 #268081 #239180, today we never see it.
If Bitcoin stay for a while at $60k level 3 bitcoin is real, even current markets can reach it.
At the point when Bitcoin will lift off or when it'll be impossible to aquire it with dollars I'm sure bets won't ever reach 100 million sats
