probably not, medically/physically speaking?

Aren't we biologically/socially better parents the younger we are? (More energy, better health, can take/suffer sleepless nights better)

I'd wager outcomes are better for kids with a 40 year old mom than for a kid with a 14 year old mom.

More importantly, these don't have to be first children. They could be additional children that would not have been had previously.
