I work on Bitcoin Quest every single day. Yes, we are in beta, but it's much more extreme than that. We do not yet even have a testing environment or any other devs besides myself. I add new features and patch bugs in real time. There are a handful of active users who send me bug reports consistently (thanks guys!!!). Other than that, it's me just playing with the app all day and fixing things with my agent as I go.
It's quite fun, but we can't scale like this.
