You do not need two-hour practices, brutal conditioning sessions, or six training days a week to feel athletic again.

A lot of busy professionals delay their comeback because they still associate fitness with the way they trained years ago.

Long practices.

Endless running.

Living in the gym.

That may have worked when sports were the center of your schedule, but your life is different now.

You can still rebuild strength, mobility, conditioning, and an athletic physique with:

Daily steps

Focused strength training

Intentional mobility work

Nutrition that aligns with your goals

The key is not doing more.

It is following the right plan consistently.

Inside my coaching program, you get a structured training and nutrition plan, weekly accountability, direct coaching support, and a community of other busy professionals working toward their goals.

DM me FIT if you are ready to start training like an athlete again without organizing your entire life around the gym.

This is one of the handful of things I really try to do regularly. Those babies like to tighten up.

I've been doing martial arts practice with my daughter and teaching her the stances is good for stretching them out.

isometric holds ftw
for the whole body
for recovery and strength

the key is 'time under tension', and it doesn't need to be powerfull, just muscle/tendon activation
