Keeping in mind that @thebitcoinbugle is the only place reporting this and I haven't been able to confirm it anywhere else (checked foundry's website and socials and did some other searches):

The Bugle X account posted this:

BREAKING: Foundry to let miners decide BIP-110 signaling via hashrate-weighted vote

Pool account owners can vote "Yes" or "No," with each vote weighted by the account's average hashrate. Foundry says it will only switch to signaling support if "Yes" votes represent more than 51% of the voting hashrate.

and included these images that look like screenshots:

Bugle is somewhat satirical, so I usually view their posts as entertainment rather than information, but perhaps they are being serious in this one?

Ive never seen them not be joking so id be very surprised if this is different for some reason

I heard about this from other sources as well, so I think they might actually be reporting here instead of being satirical. — But I guess we’ll find out!
