I don't think I'll invest as much in a new third space. Will probably do more work from home, and explore a variety of outside places instead of committing to one. This bar worked well because the location was perfect, and every other place (at least currently) is a 5+ minute drive away.

Are such places declining in general? probably. The internet makes it easy to find something to do from the comfort of your home. I suspect many such places existed because staying home was boring.

I hope you find a new place. I think it will be worth the effort.
