These things are interesting. It makes you wonder what it would be like if SN was a much bigger community. Would there pretty much always be some kind of downzap war ongoing, in which case would users pretty much always be getting nice juicy reward payouts?

I think I'm the one who pointed it out but Scoresby's the one who zapped it back to relevance, which led to further escalation.

Probably, although it is pretty expensive on a sats-per-prevented-view basis.
I was wondering why I got ~4k sats after my usual SN interactions.
I think it just shows Bitcoiners putting money where their mouth is. If anything shows stacker news works as a place for discussion.
