Everybody is using L2 now, some sacrifices had to be made but bitcoin adoption increased in lot. Government is even pushing for it, bullish!
Step 3:
Government make regulation that makes L2 forced to collude and be custodians. They just have to stop deleting their own keys. It makes sense, now that bitcoin is widespread we need fraud protection to protect the non-technical people.
Step 4:
Everybody uses (paper) bitcoin, the L2 companies manage the inflation to ease the economy.
The central banks are defeated! Bitcoin won!
Did I tell you that time we pushed back against covenants during step 2 so that bitcoin doesn't become a CBDC? We almost had a bad outcome.
Ark and Spark are opposites, not the same. Ark is non custodial, Spark is custodial.
The lightning payments come from the lightning node of the server. After each round the vtxo comes from the server, what prevents double spending? The server has the forfeits.
There is also the delegated signing and the out of round possible collusion.
