Or I could use Rizful as backend to accept LN, but the hosted BTCpay that I'm currently using doesn't support it.

BTCpay works with NWC backend.
Rizful provide NWC connection and also they have a nice guide how to connect to BTCpay on their website,.

I tried it with another hosted BTCpay with Rizful before, it works well indeed, but that hosted BTCpay is not being maintained well, so my problem isn't really about integrating with Blink or Rizful, but the hosted BTCpay server. 😹
